OK- So here's how it works...
1. Retainer- We need $150.00 down to start. This retainer comes off your first invoice. We would like your order within 2 weeks of final art approval. The $150.00 deposit is a non refundable commitment on part of the customer. I will work with you personally to reach the look and feel you desire.We need a commitment of a 40 item order for custom artwork. No minimum order after the 40 pc requirement is met.We keep all copyrights as our own on all artwork produced by McGuire Illustration and reserve the right to print all items ourselves, regardless of what the artwork is re produced on, unless expressed permission is granted in writing otherwise. This avoids hourly artwork charges and expensive copyright purchases for the customer.Your design will be used as an item for sale on our website if we choose to use it.
2. Ideas and sketches- I work with you personally. I will correspond via phone 614-877-3461 and email mcguiregfx@aol.com . You give me your thoughts, photos, ideas, sketches or anything that might help me nail down what your looking for. I will provide a rough black and white concept and get your thoughts on it. You approve or not and we get closer to the finish.
3.Color Final- Once you approve the rough, I will add color and lettering. I'll get your approval or make revisions (please limit this revision stage to no more than 3, charges may apply per revision after 3).
4.Place your order-Once final art is approved, you place your order with me via email. I will invoice you usually the same day. We accept VISA or Master Card over the phone and I put the order in print. Turnaround is usually 2 to 3 weeks depending on workload and the size of the order. -You receive your order via the carrier of your choice... Enjoy!
