OK- So here's how it works...
1. Retainer- We need $150.00 down to start. This is a commitment on part of the customer once artwork begins and is non refundable. This down payment comes off your first order invoice.I will work with you personally to reach the look and feel you desire. We need a commitment of a 40 item first order for custom artwork. No minimum order after the 40 pc requirement is met.We keep all copyrights as our own on all artwork produced by McGuire Illustration and reserve the right to print all items ourselves, regardless of what the artwork is re produced on, unless expressed permission is granted in writing otherwise. This avoids hourly artwork charges and expensive copyright purchases for the customer.Your design may be used as an item for sale on our website if we choose to use it.
2. Ideas and sketches- I work with you personally. I will correspond via phone 614-877-3461 and email mcguiregfx@gmail.com . You give me your thoughts, photos, ideas, sketches or anything that might help me nail down what your looking for. I will provide a rough concept based on that information. We can make up to 3 revisions on this stage of artwork.
3.Color Final- Once the rough concept is approved I move to a color rendering. You are permitted 2 minor revisions (minor meaning maintaining the same layout and concept) after the presentation of the color rendering. Subsequent revisions are charged at an hourly rate of $65.00 per hour.
Please remember that the art example you see on your computer screen will look brighter than a print on a cotton t shirt. This is unavoidable, however the print will be a good representation of the artwork created.
4.Place your order-Once final artwork is approved we require that the minimum 40 pc order be placed within 3 calendar weeks. Failure to place the order within this time frame will forfeit the $150.00 down payment. We accept VISA or Master Card over the phone and I put the order in print. Turnaround is usually 13 to 14 business days depending on workload and the size of the order.
